We pre-screen every candidate according to your specifications. Although rigorous, individual interviews and reference checks are standard, you can customize the recruitment services we offer through adding other services, like background or drug screens.

Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Staffing:
We provide high quality staff at a moments notice, for as long as you need them. Through our Temp-to-Hire program, you can evaluate an individual’s performance on a trial basis. We take care of all payroll processing and provide important employee coverage, such as Worker’s Compensation and General Liability protection.

Permanent Placement:
Our permanent placement program can help you find the right candidate for direct hire within your company. This service is absolutely free.

Extensive Employee Supports:
Through a contract with NJ Transit, we are able to offer every temporary or temp-to-hire employee we place with you reliable, long-term transportation to work. This service is provided at no cost to you. The employee pays a nominal fee, which can be as low as $1 per trip. Employees also have access to affordable, comprehensive health care benefits, including prescription drug coverage.
