Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Staffing:
We provide high quality staff at a moments notice, for as long as you need them. Through our Temp-to-Hire program, you can evaluate an individual’s performance on a trial basis. We take care of all payroll processing and provide important employee coverage, such as Worker’s Compensation and General Liability protection.
Permanent Placement:
Our permanent placement program can help you find the right candidate for direct hire within your company. This service is absolutely free.
Extensive Employee Supports:
Through a contract with NJ Transit, we are able to offer every temporary or temp-to-hire employee we place with you reliable, long-term transportation to work. This service is provided at no cost to you. The employee pays a nominal fee, which can be as low as $1 per trip. Employees also have access to affordable, comprehensive health care benefits, including prescription drug coverage. |
